Deliveries are ensured by the services of the company Bpost.
PRETTY INSIDE relies on local postal services in each country and reserves the right to change international carriers if deemed necessary. It is understood that this choice by PRETTY INSIDE will have no consequences for the buyer. Delivery terms therefore vary from one country to another. The delivery charges applicable to the order are those mentioned on the website at the time of ordering.
When PRETTY INSIDE handles the shipment of the product, the risk of loss or damage to the product is transferred to the customer upon delivery.
By exception, the risk is transferred to the customer upon delivery of the product to the carrier when the carrier is responsible for transportation by the customer and not by PRETTY INSIDE. Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer. In the event of the customer's absence, delivery will be made to the mailbox according to the delivery option chosen by the customer.
Delivery times are counted from the day of the order. In the event that delivery is impossible due to an incorrect delivery address, no reshipment can be made, and the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the order by PRETTY INSIDE. Delivery times are those practiced by our partner Bpost.
They do not exceed 10 working days for Belgium. The delivery time may be up to 20 working days for international delivery, whether for France, the Netherlands, this period being counted from the first working day after the validation of the order (note that PRETTY INSIDE does not deliver products to the following countries: All countries except for France and the Netherlands).
Exceptionally, on the day of launching new products, the delivery time may be extended by 7 working days, given the significant and exceptional volume of orders. In order for these deadlines to be met, the customer must ensure that accurate and complete information regarding the delivery address (such as street number, building, staircase, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers, etc.) has been provided. PRETTY INSIDE cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery that are not its fault or justified by force majeure.
PRETTY INSIDE cannot be held responsible for any consequential damages due to delayed delivery, with only the reimbursement of the product by PRETTY INSIDE being possible to the exclusion of any other form of compensation. In the event of a damaged parcel, the customer should not accept the parcel and refuse delivery if the carrier is present.
Otherwise, do not open the parcel and contact customer service. Delivery Times Orders generally take 2 to 3 working days to be processed and leave our facilities. Once your order leaves our facilities, it will be with you within 3 to 7 working days. Delivery charges are calculated based on the value and weight of your order. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Additional customs fees may apply at the time of delivery for orders outside of Europe. For more information on these fees, please contact your local post office. PRRETTY INSIDE is not responsible for the fees incurred and is unable to determine these fees prior to delivery.
PRETTY INSIDE is not responsible for parcels for which a customer refuses to pay customs fees and will not refund any order that has not been returned to its establishment. PRETTY INSIDE is not responsible for fees incurred by customs that have not been paid by the customer.
PRETTY INSIDE cannot be held responsible for delays in your shipment due to the carrier or postal holds issued by your country.
